Solution Delivered

We developed an Excel template for team leaders to track tasks planned and completed by each employee, on an hourly basis.

Key features included:

  • Structured task tracking to record type, duration, and outcome of individual tasks
  • Drop-down selections and pre-filled fields to minimise data entry errors
  • Automatic roll-up of data to a central MS Access database, allowing for team-level and individual performance comparisons
  • Dynamic visual dashboards to highlight task bottlenecks, underperformance trends, and overcapacity
